About Us

About Us

We are a Private Lender in the Land Acquisition & Development Sector.

Since the recession in 2008 the Southeast’s population has grown at a
consistent pace.  The recession eliminated a lot of local homebuilders across
the region resulting in low building levels. This, coupled with high growth
patterns in the Southeast, led to much higher home prices and a shortage of
houses.

Community banks and larger regional banks have vacated the LA&D lending
arena at a time when demand for developed lots has never been higher.

Swamp Fox Capital, LLC is one of the preeminent private lenders in the LA&D space. Our team has a combined 120+ year experience in real estate lending and commercial banking. We understand your issues from “both sides” of the desk. Let our team of experts help you find the best financial solution for your project.

Committed To Your Success

Swamp Fox Capital is positioned to take advantage of the asymmetrical realignment of risk and reward that is currently occurring within the commercial real estate debt markets. This current dislocation in the credit markets has produced attractive opportunities to invest in commercial real estate-backed bridge financings and achieve above standard returns for senior secured debt investments.
